Welcome! This site rebuild is coinciding with the start of a weekly series of individual Alphabets, sold on Amazon for Kindle, sold here in PDF format (if you want to print it out) and sold here as a Hobbyware/Patternmaker file if you want to use it for personal designs. if you are planning on selling your designs, please contact me about purchasing a Professional License!

This Alphabet bundle contains 3 Alphabets

Volume 101 – UniOutline30

UniOutline30 is a charming Alphabet that reminds me of Sweater Letters. I look at it and I swear that I can almost smell the smoke from a bonfire and hear the cheers from a high school football game!
As the name implies, this Alphabet is about 30 stitches tall (or squares, if you are using it for a mosaic).

NOTE – With any of these Alphabets, during your layout stage, be sure to check the actual height of each letter you plan to use. In many of my Alphabets, the design will dictate that some letters may be different. A common example of this is the way that some letters may hang below the baseline.

While this design is graphed with just one color, consider stitching the inner areas in a second color to add you own unique twist. Otherwise, just allow the background fabric to show through.

Volume 102 – TakeOff30

TakeOff30 is one of my favorite Alphabets. I think of it as a quirky, sturdy, little alphabet. I like the mix of traditional Upper Case and Lower case. It is easy to ready, but has a bit of attitude. ;-)

Ok… I guess I just proved that I was an Alphabet geek… as if there were any doubt! LOL

Volume 103- Hippies25

The poster art of the 1960s has left a strong graphic legacy, easily recognized by the freeform organic lettering. At the time, this was groundbreaking design work… now it offers a nostalgic glimpse into innocent and happy times.

This book is available for the Amazon KINDLE and Kindle devices.

NEW Needlework Alphabets for the Amazon Kindle

Hi all! I am very pleased that technology has advanced enough now that it is possible for me to offer NEW Needlework Alphabets on Kindle!

As I am sure that you all realize, print publishing has limits. I ended up having to constrain my designs based on the number of pages I could put into each book. In turn, this limited the actual size of the letter and how many pages each Alphabet could take. This is a large part of the reason that most of my Alphabets in print are no more than 24 stitches high.

For the Kindle, there ARE limitations — the actual files size of each book! LOL In the case of my new Kindle Alphabets, I have chosen to put only one letter per page. As a result, I can design larger letter forms — most of them are in the 25 – 30 stitches high range.

Some of the designs will also be sold here in PDF format — available to printed out for charting purposes, and in XSD format — for use in HobbyWare’s PattternMaker4 Charting Software.

If you want to be among the first to know about new designs, please sign up for my Announcement List! The sign up form is at the top of the right sidebar.

Happy Stitching,

Tink
